Centralised office shredder rated for continuous operation. Security level P-7 ultra micro cut, IDEAL’s highest security level, with automatic oil injection.

The IDEAL 2605 SMC is built for documents that need to be genuinely unreconstructable – classified files, financial records, anything where P-4 or P-5 isn’t enough. The 0.8 x 5 mm ultra micro cut is IDEAL’s top security level, P-7.

It takes up to 7 sheets (70gsm) per pass through the 260 mm feed opening, and automatic oil injection on the cutting shafts keeps performance consistent through continuous, centralised office use rather than occasional desk use.

The 100-litre shred bin (125-litre cabinet) is removable and works with or without a disposable shred bag, and the electronically controlled safety flap in the feed opening keeps fingers and ties away from the cutting shafts. Because fine-cut models are excluded from IDEAL’s standard lifetime cutter guarantee, this model does not carry that guarantee. Made in Germany.
