1 Product Specification

All paper shredder sheet capacity ratings stated on the Site are based on 70 g/m² A4 paper under standard conditions. Actual sheet capacity may vary depending on the quality, weight, grain, and thickness of paper used, as well as the voltage of the power supply. Performance may be reduced if the operating voltage is below the product’s rated or nominal value.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product appearance, colour, and accessories may differ slightly from those shown. Specifications are subject to change by manufacturers without prior notice.

2 Ordering

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the price stated, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. If we accept your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email to the address provided at checkout.

An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract of sale until the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed order if the product is found to be out of stock, mispriced, or unavailable for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

3 Payment

We accept payment by credit card, FPX online bank transfer, and eWallet via our secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You must provide valid and complete payment information at the time of purchase.

If your payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order will not be processed. We will notify you by email in such cases. Shredder2u does not store your full credit card or bank account details on our servers — all payment processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway provider.

4 Shipping

We ship to all states in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete — we are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier capacity, public holidays, and other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the courier.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

5 Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day one-for-one exchange for items that are found to be damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage must be provided.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, opened without damage, or damaged through misuse. Not all products are eligible for return — please contact us before initiating any return to confirm eligibility.

6 Warranty Policy

All products sold by Shredder2u are backed by the product manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Warranty terms and duration vary by brand and model — please refer to the individual product page or the warranty card included with your product.

1. To process a warranty claim, we require your purchase details (order number and receipt). Claims cannot be processed without proof of purchase from Shredder2u.
2. Warranty will be voided if the product has:
   1. been misused, abused, neglected, or subjected to improper care or abnormal operating conditions;
   2. been damaged through accident, incorrect modification, or unauthorised repair attempts;
   3. been operated contrary to the manufacturer’s or Shredder2u’s instructions, including the use of incorrect lubricants (e.g. WD-40 or cooking oil instead of shredder oil);
   4. had its serial number removed, defaced, or altered.
3. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to our service centre. Return shipping of the repaired or replaced product will be arranged by Shredder2u.
4. We will assess, repair, or replace your product after receiving and verifying the claim. We will notify you of the outcome and estimated turnaround time.

7 Pricing & Availability

All prices on the Site are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, or contact you to offer the product at the correct price. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.

8 Intellectual Property

The Site and all its content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — are the property of Shredder2u or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without the express written permission of Shredder2u. Unauthorised use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Shredder2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

10 Age & Eligibility

By using the Site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are using the Site with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You also confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Malaysia.

11 Force Majeure

Shredder2u shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, courier disruptions, or supplier shortages.

In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as practicable and take reasonable steps to minimise any delay or impact on your order.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
