Shredder2u was founded by Eddy Wong when he saw a growing need for secure, reliable document disposal — for offices, banks, clinics, and homes across Malaysia. Two decades later, we remain a dedicated specialist: not a generalist electronics shop, but a team that eats, breathes, and fixes paper shredders every single day.

Our founder Eddy Wong started the business after recognising that most Malaysian businesses had no reliable source for shredder advice, genuine parts, or proper repair. From a small shop in Puchong, we’ve grown into a nationwide operation trusted by banks, law firms, medical clinics, government agencies, and thousands of individual customers.

Every shredder we sell is factory-genuine, backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, and supported by our own in-house repair team.
