Shipping Instructions
We keep you updated
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- When your item ships, you will receive a notification email with carrier and tracking information where tracking is available.
- Items in stock usually ship within 1–2 business days.
- Backordered items usually ship within 3–6 weeks. Some models are imported to order from Europe and take longer — in rare cases up to 3 months. We confirm the expected delivery date with you before your order is processed.
- If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund you directly.
Delivery charges and coverage
We deliver throughout Malaysia. Charges depend on your delivery state and are shown at checkout before payment — Klang Valley is a flat rate per delivery, the rest of Peninsular Malaysia is charged per item, and Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan are quoted separately by our forwarding agent. Where a courier option is available for your item, you can choose between courier and transport at checkout. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Where we deliver to
Delivery is to ground floor or building lobby only. Our transport and courier partners do not carry goods to upper floors, including where a lift is available. Paper shredders can weigh over 100 kg, so if you need delivery to an upper floor or positioning inside your office, please contact us before ordering and we will arrange it separately.
Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the goods during working hours.
Self-collect at our office
You are welcome to collect your order from us. Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready.
