The INTIMUS PacMaster S shreds used cardboard boxes and sheets into a honeycomb-pattern cushioning material, converting warehouse waste that would otherwise be recycled or binned into reusable void-fill and packaging padding.
It handles up to 3-layer corrugated cardboard through a 425mm intake, processing up to 7 cubic metres of cardboard an hour — enough to keep a moderate-volume dispatch operation supplied continuously.
A fully enclosed, castor-mounted cabinet with an emergency stop switch suits a warehouse floor rather than a back room.
