About This Shredder:
A large-scale conveyor-fed industrial shredder with an integrated magnetic separator that extracts metal-reinforced ring binders and hanging-file fittings before they reach the cutting shafts.
The XLM 19.00 SmartShred is a two-stage industrial shredder: material is fed automatically via a conveyor and hopper into a primary shredder that cuts a coarse strip, which then drops onto a conveyor belt feeding directly into the security shredder’s cutting shafts — built for continuous destruction at 1000 kg/h, not intermittent office use.
The integrated magnetic separator extracts scrapped metal parts — ring binder mechanisms, hanging-file rail clips — into a mobile receptacle as material passes through, so records with metal reinforcement no longer need to be sorted out by hand before destruction.
Rated for a 120+ user office or a dedicated destruction facility, with PLC touchscreen control (session logging, maintenance reminders) and precision hardened-steel cutting cylinders sized for minimal wear at high throughput.
